The hotel's location is amazing! It's quite in the city center but yet quiet, and close to all the best restaurants. The room was very clean and had great facilities for cooking. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to my needs. They provided plenty of toiletry supplies and the heating worked great.

Nothing that I didn't like.

During my xmas vacation, I appreciated the comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchenette that this hotel provided. The location was prime, as it was in close proximity to all the major attractions. One more advantage was the stunning view from my apartment, which was really breathtaking.

On the negative side, the cleanliness left much to be desired and the staff seemed to lack proper communication skills. The towels were not replaced every day and the room was not tidied up as expected.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to great restaurants and cafes. We loved the beautiful view from the terrace, which provided a stunning backdrop for our New Year's celebration. the apartment had been recently renovated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including great heating and a well-equipped kitchen.

The outside stairs leading up to the apartment may pose a challenge for some, especially if they have limited mobility. there was some confusion with the hot water, which took some time to heat up and caused some inconvenience.
